Ultra Mobile Personal Computers

It like the way the internet keeps getting bigger, and the devices to access the internet keep getting smaller.

My PALM has been a pretty nice way to access email and do work that needs to be done without being in front of my primary computer terminal, but a lot of websites aren’t very PDA friendly, so it makes them sort of hard to navigate. Yahoo and Google both have PDA friendly interfaces, so you can get news and things of that sort, but the new Ultra Mobile PC’s sound like they offer a solution for big time browsing on a small monitor. Everything will be formatted because they run on the Windows XP platform and offer the functionality of a full size computer. You can write, touch or type. How cool.
