Looking to use your PSP to browse the internet?

If so, here are some hacks to get you up and running. If you’re running a a version 2.0 or above version of their firmware (software stored on the device’s memory chips) the browser should already be installed.

If you’re running an older version, you’ll want to download an update to your PC at http://www.ps-portable.net. After downloading, move this information to a memory stick with a duo flashcard and launch the update from Flash Memory.

In order to utilize it’s wireless capabilities, you’ll need to have a wireless router.
Wireless networks aren’t difficult to set up (We had ours up and running in less than 30 minutes) and aren’t that expensive to set up. This is sure to make your PSP a lot more fun.
