Polaroid Introduces 2 New Portable Media Players (PMP’s)
January 10, 2007 – 6:53 amThe parade of new technology is nonstop from the CES show in Las Vegas. Not wanting to be left in the dust, Polaroid rolled out 2 new PMP’s, or Portable Media Players.

These media players use wireless connections to download music, videos and other forms of mobile content.
Jim Koestler, Vice President of Product Management at Polaroid says, Connectivity is a key component in Polaroid consumer electronic devices. Adding a Wi-Fi-enabled PMP ensures Polaroid customers will have the latest technology available in an approachable, fun-to-use product that makes accessing music, video and photos whenever, wherever they may be.”
These new PMP’s come in two sizes, theres the 80 gigabyte with a 4.3″ LCD screen or the 30 gigabyte with a 2.8″ LCD screen. Both models are equipped with hot-spot locators and wireless access capabilities.
No word on when these will be available to the general public, but guests of the CES show can see live demonstrations at booth 13614.
