Sony Launching Slimmer PSP In Japan

Sony has announced plans to release a slimmer PSP for the Japanese market. It also is a bit cheaper than other models.
Sony Corp. will launch a slimmer version of its PlayStation Portable handheld game player in Japan on September 20 for 19,800 yen ($162), the Japanese electronics maker said on Tuesday, in an effort to better compete with Nintendo Co. Ltd.’s hot-selling DS.
They also announced a new version of “Gran Turismo”, their popular racing game.
